The primary aim of the new platform is to reduce the turnaround time of land registry procedures and optimise operations by introducing a more modern structure.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Some of the things you already know about the system:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; the current paper-based administration will be replaced by electronic administration and the register itself will become electronic<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; applications are no longer handled by the Land Registry staff, but by the legal representative acting on behalf of the applicant<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; the register, being electronic, will be linked to other public registers and its data will be updated automatically<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; the authorisation to register ownership must be created on a standard form, which must be authenticated by the affixing of an advanced electronic signature based on a qualified or qualified certificate or by an AVDH service<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; some applications can be processed by the land registry under an automatic decision procedure, so that the buyer&#8217;s title can be registered within an hour if certain conditions are met<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; from now on, only the name and address of the holder of the title deeds will be more widely available<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, from 15 January 2025, the E-ING, or e-Registration of Real Estate, will be launched.
