I am L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Tam\u00e1s Kiss, the founder of KTL Real Estate. I work as a real estate agent in Csongr\u00e1d-Csan\u00e1d County and Budapest, but by individual arrangement I undertake the professional sale of properties in other locations as well.<\/p>

I started my career in 2021. In the beginning I worked for a national network, where I had the opportunity to get in touch with many clients and properties. After gaining a deeper understanding of my clients’ needs, I realised that I could only achieve their goals and my own ambitions if I could offer my services in a personalised way, tailored to their situation and to the property. However, this required a new way of thinking and a change of direction, which was finally achieved in May 2024: from May 2024 I can offer my services as an independent estate agent and represent my clients’ interests in the best possible way.<\/p>

Perhaps a clich\u00e9, but more so a fact: clients’ most valuable asset is their property, so you have to get the most out of it. What does it mean? It means selling the property in the best possible condition – at a realistic price – as quickly as possible. This is a common interest, because these factors reinforce each other and promote the sale.<\/p>

I make no secret of my intention to change the negative stereotypes about estate agents. For this purpose, I undertake the process of searching a new owner for the properties on the basis of a client-orientated agency agreement for a realistic commission (with no hidden costs). I follow the sale of the property from start to finish, from the first negotiations to the handover, including regular contact with the client.<\/p>

The truth is that someone who does not innovate from time to time and does not improve their services will fall behind.
It’s no different in our profession, which is why I constantly keep an eye on the latest changes in the property market. I used to improve my professional knowledge in individual and group courses to provide up-to-date information to my existing and potential clients.<\/p>

My motto is based on my initials: \u2018KTL\u2019, which stands for \u2018Creative, Transparent, Loyal\u2019. I work with correct and ethical methods – utilising the possibilities of online marketing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
