The housing price index for the second quarter of 2024 was published by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office.
Overall, there were no price changes compared to the first three months of the year.
The net change in the price of second-hand dwellings was 99.9%, a slight decrease, while the price of newly built dwellings rose by 0.8% over the quarter.
2023. II. negyedévéhez képest azonban 9,8 százalékkal emelkedtek az ingatlanárak. Ezen belül a használt ingatlanok tiszta árváltozása 9,6%, míg az újépítésű házaké 10,1% volt.
